How do I order?
Choose a product on this website or in the catalogue, then tap “Order on WhatsApp” — the product name and catalogue page are filled in for you. You can also save several products to your gift list and send them all in one message. We confirm details and price with you before we make your gift.
How do I send my photos?
Send them on WhatsApp to +91 95928 82249. For the best print quality, send the original photos — attaching them as a “Document” in WhatsApp avoids compression.
What are the prices?
Prices depend on the product, size and quantity, so we share them on WhatsApp. Message us with the product name or catalogue page.
Where is your shop?
Tohfe by Narula is on the 1st Floor, Jewel Plaza Building, College Road, Ludhiana. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Do you deliver?
Message us your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm delivery options and timing for your order.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and quantity. Message us with the date you need it by and we will confirm. For festivals and bulk orders, please message us early.
Can I add names, dates or a message?
Yes. Many products in the catalogue are shown with names or messages — wooden table-top stands, steel bottles, travel mugs and more. Send the exact spelling with your order.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes, and bulk discounts are available. Use the enquiry form on our Corporate gifts page or message us with the quantity, budget per gift and the date you need them.
Can you print our company logo?
Yes. Logo printing is available for corporate orders — send us your logo on WhatsApp with your enquiry.
What is the gift list?
Tap the heart on any product to save it to your gift list. The list stays in your browser on this device; open it any time and send everything to us on WhatsApp in one message.
Can I download the catalogue?
Yes. The Tohfe by Narula Gifting Catalogue 2026–27 and each of its six sections can be downloaded as PDFs from our Catalogue page.
Do you sell frame mouldings?
Yes. Frame mouldings are listed by model number and width, from 1 inch to 3 inch. Quote the model and sample number when you message us.
Will my gift look exactly like the picture?
Product colours may vary slightly from the images. If a colour matters, ask us and we will confirm what is available.
